Here ye, beer ye – get ready to party like it’s 1933 and join us for not one, but two Repeal Day celebrations of our namesake holiday!
As you may know, Repeal Day signifies the installment of the 21st Amendment and the official ending to Prohibition. It marks the return of craft fermentation and distillation, and the reclaiming of neighborhood gathering places across the country.
We commemorate this day each year and hope you can join us for another afternoon made for the history books:
In San Leandro…on Saturday, December 3rd:
From 1-5pm, our Tasting Room will be decked out to host gambling for charity (proceeds will benefit the Alameda County Community Food Bank), cigar lounge, food trucks and a festive six-piece jazz band. Dress the part and come thirsty – we’ll also have special release barrel aged beers available that day only! RSVP and share the invite on Facebook.
In San Francisco… on Sunday, December 4th:
Beginning at 11:30am, we’ll be celebrating indoors with 1930s-themed decorations, dress up, music, delicious food and signature 21A brews. Outside in our beer garden – in partnership with Cigar City Brewing – we’ll be hosting a Cigar Lounge and Cigar City Tap Takeover where we’ll have six Cigar City beers on tap including Jai Alai, Vanilla Maduro and the coveted Hunahpu 2016! RSVP and share the invite on Facebook.
